It all starts with a call, a visit, or an email. From there, we'll schedule a time for your free project estimate: that means we'll set up a time for our team members to come visit you and take precise in-home measurements to bring you the the most accurate estimate possible.
In-home measures can be scheudled weekdays from 7:30 am to 4 pm.
Once you've selected your new flooring, your price is finalized and materials are ordered: most orders arrive in about two weeks, though certain products take a little longer. We work closely with our in-house installation team to deliver professional results. Depending on the time of year you're installing, we'll work to schedule your flooring installation as soon as possible and within your requested time frame, but we promise to always be transparent about any anticipated delays!

In the weeks following installation, you can expect a call from your sales associate to check in! Got questions? We've got prompt answers!
